Description

30-Minute Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are crispy, golden chicken bites layered in soft buns and drizzled with a creamy, spicy-sweet bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 23 chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and pickles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make sauce.
  6. Place lettuce and pickles on slider buns.
  7. Add crispy chicken and drizzle with sauce.
  8. Top with buns and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for spice level.
  • Air fry chicken for a lighter version.
