Description

30-Minute Cottage Cheese Pizza Bites are bite-sized pizza treats packed with gooey cheese and protein from cottage cheese. Perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, or party bites.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Portion out mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
