Description
These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect festive appetizer — buttery puff pastry filled with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce, topped with rosemary for a holiday-ready bite!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place one cube of brie in each pastry cup. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Top each bite with a small sprig of rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience or make your own for extra flavor.
- Best served warm, but can be reheated in the oven before serving.
