Description

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect festive appetizer — buttery puff pastry filled with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce, topped with rosemary for a holiday-ready bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place one cube of brie in each pastry cup. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Top each bite with a small sprig of rosemary and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience or make your own for extra flavor.
  • Best served warm, but can be reheated in the oven before serving.
