Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: 1 cup bell peppers, 1 cup spinach, ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish or 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
