Description
Delicious baked biscuits filled with savory roast beef and provolone cheese, served with a flavorful au jus for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- Water, for preparing au jus per packet instructions
- Melted butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuits and split each in half horizontally. Gently flatten into 3-inch circles.
- Spread horseradish sauce on the bottom halves if desired.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on each biscuit bottom.
- Top with remaining biscuit halves and press edges to seal.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–18 minutes until golden and baked through.
- Prepare au jus according to packet instructions.
- Serve biscuits warm with au jus for dipping.
