A quick and easy take on the classic Big Mac, wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Juicy seasoned beef, special sauce, melted cheese, and crisp lettuce make these wraps irresistible and perfect for a fast weeknight meal.

- For the Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- For the Wraps:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas slightly. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and optional pickle slices.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly to form wraps. Slice in half if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Make the special sauce a day ahead for extra flavor.
- Use low-carb tortillas for a lighter version.
