Description

A quick and easy take on the classic Big Mac, wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Juicy seasoned beef, special sauce, melted cheese, and crisp lettuce make these wraps irresistible and perfect for a fast weeknight meal.


Ingredients

    • For the Special Sauce:
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 1 tsp white vinegar
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ¼ tsp garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp onion powder

 

  • For the Wraps:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and optional pickle slices.
  6. Fold in sides and roll tightly to form wraps. Slice in half if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
