Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and add olive oil.

  3. Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  4. Lower heat, add minced garlic, and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
