Description

A festive wreath made with brie cheese and cranberry sauce — perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place a small oven-safe bowl in the center to mark the wreath shape.
  3. Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut each sheet into 8 triangles (16 total).
  4. Arrange the triangles in a circle around the bowl with the wide ends overlapping.
  5. Add Brie cubes, cranberry sauce, pecans, and rosemary to the wide ends.
  6. Fold pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath to form a wreath. Remove the bowl.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and flaky.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes and transfer to a platter.
  10. Garnish with rosemary, cranberries, and powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
