This Bubble Up Biscuit Pizza Casserole is the ultimate easy family dinner. Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, gooey mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, this cheesy pizza bake is quick, comforting, and kid-approved.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters for better rising and even distribution.
- In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces with pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, most of the pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
