Description

Imagine tender, flaky biscuits stuffed with savory seasoned beef and gooey melted cheese, all baked to golden perfection. Each bite bursts with a satisfying blend of flavors—hearty, cheesy, and irresistible. Perfect for any craving!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Drain excess grease and return beef to heat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan.
  7. Mix in cooled beef until evenly combined.
  8. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
  9. Spoon filling into center and seal into balls.
  10. Place on lined baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  11. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Drain beef well to prevent soggy biscuit bombs.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Use lean beef and reduced-fat cream cheese for lighter version.
  • Try different cheeses like mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
  • Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before baking for crisp texture.
