For the Dip:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped (or real crab if preferred)
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & black pepper to taste
For Topping:
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
For Serving:
Wonton chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices
Instructions
Prepare the Dip Mixture: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add mozzarella, cheddar, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve & Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or toasted bread for dipping.
Notes
Use fresh crab for a richer flavor.
