Ingredients
- For the Dip:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped (or real crab if preferred)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- For Topping:
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
- For Serving:
- Wonton chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices
Instructions
- Prepare the Dip Mixture: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add mozzarella, cheddar, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve & Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or toasted bread for dipping.
