Description
These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are warm, gooey, and incredibly satisfying. Tender shredded chicken is mixed with melted mozzarella, garlic butter, and herbs, then wrapped in soft tortillas for the perfect quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and stir to combine.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add mozzarella and mix until melted and creamy.
- Lay out tortillas and divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- (Optional) Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Slice in half and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for a kick.
- Use cheddar or Monterey Jack for a richer flavor.
- Great served with fries, salad, or roasted veggies.
