Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers until tender.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve hot.
