Description
Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are crispy, melty, and totally irresistible snacks made with crescent roll dough, mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spread sauce onto each triangle, leaving edges clear.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
- Roll from wide end toward tip to form roll-ups.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
