Description

Chicken Alfredo Flatbread is a creamy, cheesy, and savory delight that combines tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted mozzarella on a crisp flatbread base. Perfect for weeknight dinners or sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan (or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. If using raw chicken, cook in a skillet with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until fully cooked. If pre-cooked, toss in seasoning and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over flatbread. Top with cooked chicken, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Add veggies like spinach, mushrooms, or roasted red peppers for extra flavor and color.
  • For a crispier crust, bake directly on the oven rack for the last 2 minutes.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days; reheat gently in the oven.
