Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
