This Easy Chicken Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and packed with comforting flavors. A perfect dinner for busy nights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- For the Topping:
- 1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
