Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them, coating evenly.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly on top of the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
