Description

This Chocolate Protein Pudding is rich, creamy, and high in protein. Perfect as a dessert or post-workout treat, made with Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat, plain or vanilla
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approx. 23 tbsp per scoop)
  • 34 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken.
  3. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or berries.
