Description
Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a viral healthy dessert made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, honey, and chocolate. These frozen no-bake treats are creamy, crunchy, sweet, and perfect for hot days!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters (about 10 total).
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until completely solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into melted chocolate, coating completely. Place back on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Return to freezer for a few minutes until chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Optional: sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor.
