Description

Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a viral healthy dessert made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, honey, and chocolate. These frozen no-bake treats are creamy, crunchy, sweet, and perfect for hot days!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters (about 10 total).
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until completely solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into melted chocolate, coating completely. Place back on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  6. Return to freezer for a few minutes until chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Optional: sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor.
