Description

A festive cheese ball shaped like a Christmas tree, adorned with cranberries and pecans — perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional chopped pecans and cranberries for decoration
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, and blue cheese until smooth and combined.
  2. Add chopped pecans, cranberries, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place mixture on plastic wrap and form it into a cone or tree shape.
  4. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Unwrap and coat the outside with additional pecans and cranberries.
  6. Place on serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or veggies.
