Ingredients
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over both sides.
- Cut tortillas into triangles or festive shapes.
- Arrange pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, rotating halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
