Description

Cranberry Pecan Cream Cheese Pinwheels are flavorful, festive, and perfect for holiday parties. Easy to make ahead and serve cold.


Ingredients

  • 4 large, burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 5.5 oz Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, Brie, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth.
  2. Warm tortillas for a few seconds to prevent cracking.
  3. Brush each tortilla with a thin layer of maple syrup.
  4. Spread filling evenly on tortillas, leaving 1/4-1/2 inch around edges.
  5. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down.
  6. Cut rolls into pinwheels 1/2 to 1 inch thick using a serrated knife.
  7. Stack on a serving dish and serve, or refrigerate uncut for making ahead.

Notes

  • To make ahead: roll tortillas with filling but don’t cut. Wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 1 day.
