Description

Light, crispy, and sweetened with cinnamon, these air fryer banana chips are a quick, healthy, and naturally vegan snack made with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (green or slightly yellow, not ripe)
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel bananas and slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and oil until combined.
  4. Place banana slices in a large bowl, pour cinnamon-oil mixture over, and gently toss to coat.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Air fry at 300°F for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once golden and crisp, remove chips and let cool 5–10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
