Ingredients
- 2 bananas (green or slightly yellow, not ripe)
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
- Peel bananas and slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and oil until combined.
- Place banana slices in a large bowl, pour cinnamon-oil mixture over, and gently toss to coat.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Air fry at 300°F for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden and crisp, remove chips and let cool 5–10 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
