Description

These simple Cottage Cheese Tots are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor! A fun, nutritious snack that’s perfect for dipping and sharing with friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until firm enough to shape. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into tots. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all mixture.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and cool a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
