These simple Cottage Cheese Tots are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor! A fun, nutritious snack that’s perfect for dipping and sharing with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat lightly with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until firm enough to shape. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into tots. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all mixture.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and cool a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

- For a cheesy twist, mix in shredded cheese.
