Description

This Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini in Creamhouse Sauce is a rich, creamy, and indulgent pasta dish featuring tender steak, cheesy tortellini, and a velvety garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Smoked paprika, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
  • Parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cracked black pepper (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3–5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and milk, stirring and simmering for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Return steak and tortellini to skillet and toss to combine for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
