Description
This Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini in Creamhouse Sauce is a rich, creamy, and indulgent pasta dish featuring tender steak, cheesy tortellini, and a velvety garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Smoked paprika, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
- Parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cracked black pepper (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3–5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and milk, stirring and simmering for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Return steak and tortellini to skillet and toss to combine for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.

- Let steak rest before slicing for juicier texture.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and volume.
