Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch by 6-inch strips.
- Mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, orange zest, and sugar until smooth.
- Spoon filling onto one end of each strip, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
