Description
Cranberry Pecan Cream Cheese Pinwheels are flavorful, festive, and perfect for holiday parties. Easy to make ahead and serve cold.
Ingredients
- 4 large, burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 5.5 oz Brie cheese, rind removed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, Brie, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth.
- Warm tortillas for a few seconds to prevent cracking.
- Brush each tortilla with a thin layer of maple syrup.
- Spread filling evenly on tortillas, leaving 1/4-1/2 inch around edges.
- Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down.
- Cut rolls into pinwheels 1/2 to 1 inch thick using a serrated knife.
- Stack on a serving dish and serve, or refrigerate uncut for making ahead.
Notes
- To make ahead: roll tortillas with filling but don’t cut. Wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 1 day.
