Delicious and festive creamy Christmas trifle parfait shots, perfect for delighting your guests during the holiday season!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 pound blueberries
  • 1 pound raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sponge cake or ladyfingers, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup peppermint candies, crushed (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Layer crumbled cake in the bottom of small glasses.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Spoon mascarpone cream over the berries.
  7. Repeat layers, finishing with cream.
  8. Top with crushed peppermint candies if desired.
  9. Chill at least 1 hour and garnish with fresh mint before serving.
