Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a rich and comforting dish featuring tender chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a smooth, cheesy garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 250 g pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook chicken 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. If needed, add pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
  9. Return chicken and pasta to the pan, toss until well coated.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.
  • Adjust thickness with pasta water as needed.
