Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt – full fat or low fat
  • ½ cup (40 g) protein powder – chocolate, vanilla, or unflavored
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey – adjust to taste
  • Milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy) – only if needed for consistency


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, nut butter, and any optional ingredients.
  2. Stir thoroughly until smooth. Add milk gradually if too thick.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey.
  4. Optional: stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
