Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray.
- Wash and dry zucchinis thoroughly, then slice into thin rounds (~1/8-inch thick). Pat dry with paper towels.
- Toss slices in olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add parmesan if desired and toss to coat.
- Spread slices on the baking sheet and bake for 1.5–2 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Check around 90 minutes: chips should be golden brown and crispy. Bake longer if needed.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline slicer for consistent thickness to ensure even crisping.
- Thicker slices may be softer; thinner slices may crisp faster.
