Description

Delicious Cruffins with Cinnamon are a sweet and flaky treat that combines the best of croissants and muffins, featuring a rich cinnamon-sugar filling.


Ingredients

  • 3 tubes (227 g each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle and seal perforations.
  3. Spread butter evenly over dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle generously.
  4. Roll dough tightly into a log, cut lengthwise, and coil each half into a spiral.
  5. Place spirals into muffin cups and repeat with remaining dough.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush warm cruffins with melted butter and roll in remaining cinnamon-sugar.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Seal dough seams well to prevent filling from leaking.
