Description

Delicious French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a quick, cheesy comfort food twist on the classic sandwich. Packed with savory roast beef, melty cheese, and served with rich au jus dipping sauce, they’re perfect for snacks, appetizers, or easy dinners.


Ingredients

  • For the Roll Ups
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute roast beef and cheese across each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, folding in sides to secure filling.
  4. Brush outside with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  7. Slice rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
