Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; scramble in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Cook crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon in the same skillet until browned.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4–5 inch circle.
- Spoon egg and sausage mixture into each dough round; top with cheese.
- Seal the edges to form balls with the filling inside.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
