Ingredients

  • Filling

  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon crumble (alternatives: ham, turkey)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chopped parsley or chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; scramble in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. Cook crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon in the same skillet until browned.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4–5 inch circle.
  5. Spoon egg and sausage mixture into each dough round; top with cheese.
  6. Seal the edges to form balls with the filling inside.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
