Ingredients
- 8 oz dry egg noodles (or fresh lo mein noodles)
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/4 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 bunch green onion (green parts only)
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, sauté carrots, onion, cabbage, and garlic until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients.
- Add noodles, green onions, and sauce to the pan with veggies. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
