Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 boxes Velveeta macaroni and cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
- Drain excess grease, then stir in 1/4 cup water, taco seasoning, and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- Add cooked macaroni and cheese to the skillet and stir until everything is evenly combined.
