Description

Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a bold, comforting bowl of noodles featuring spicy seared chicken, a rich creamy broth, and a silky garlic sauce drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (divided)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
  3. For the creamy garlic sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles between bowls and pour hot broth over them.
  7. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions and chili oil if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili oil and spices depending on your heat preference.
  • Fresh ramen noodles give the best texture, but dried noodles work well too.
  • Add soft-boiled eggs, mushrooms, or spinach for extra toppings.
