Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 large 10-inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup finely diced broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
Instructions
- Finely dice the broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper into small 1/4-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15–20 seconds.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle diced vegetables, cheddar cheese, and green onions evenly on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and secure if needed.
- Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes (or refrigerate until firm).
- Slice into bite-sized pinwheels and serve fresh.
