A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring garlic butter, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in flour tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 12 slices beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Lay tortillas flat and brush generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle cooked beef evenly, then add cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add chives if using.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden, crispy, and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
