Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring garlic butter, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in flour tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 slices beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and brush generously with garlic butter.
  4. Sprinkle cooked beef evenly, then add cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add chives if using.
  5. Tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
  6. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden, crispy, and cheese is melted.
  8. Cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
