Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta shells for a rich and satisfying dinner packed with bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 10 oz pasta shells
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return steak bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce.
  9. Toss cooked pasta shells in the sauce until fully coated.
  10. Serve creamy pasta topped with garlic butter steak bites.

Notes

  • Use sirloin or ribeye for the most tender steak bites.
  • Do not overcrowd the skillet when searing steak to ensure proper browning.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese.
