Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bites filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, cheddar cheese, and garlic, all wrapped in golden, buttery dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Mix the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out the dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each square.
- Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
- Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using garlic powder in addition to fresh garlic.
- Try mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for a different twist.
