Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious snack bites filled with seasoned ground beef and melty Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place 1 tbsp beef mixture in each piece and fold into sealed pouches.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Add chopped herbs to beef mixture for extra flavor.
- Serve with dipping sauces such as marinara or ranch.
