Ingredients
- 4 low-carb wraps
- ¾ cup shredded lettuce
- 12 beef strips, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss tomatoes with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of the tomato marinade to create the secret sauce.
- Lay wraps flat and spread the flavored mayo evenly.
