Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup beef broth or water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Spread beef mixture in the baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes on top, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
