Description

This Honey Garlic Chicken is sweet, savory, and incredibly easy to prepare. Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a sticky honey garlic glaze, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and honey; cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, coating it well in the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and flavorful. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes.
