Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp jarred salsa
  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 3 to 4 diced roma tomatoes
  • 4 to 5 oz shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1/2 oz bag shredded lettuce

  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crescent roll base.
  4. Layer taco meat over the creamy mixture.
  5. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and shredded lettuce.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
