Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Combine & Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for another minute to coat well.
