- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook ~3 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add broccoli florets and stir to combine with beef mixture.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cover skillet and cook 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
- If using, add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes, stirring to incorporate.
