These low carb cheesy garlic chicken wraps are loaded with tender chicken, melty cheese, savory garlic, and wrapped in low-carb tortillas for a quick, satisfying, and keto-friendly meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds in microwave under a damp paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add spinach if using and mix thoroughly.
- Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in each center. Roll tightly, tucking sides to secure.
- Place wraps seam-side down in skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice diagonally, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overfill wraps or they may split.
- Toasting wraps gives best flavor and texture.
- Try different cheese blends for variety.
- Warm tortillas before filling to prevent cracking.
- Swap chicken for turkey or add bacon for extra flavor.
