Description

These low carb cheesy garlic chicken wraps are loaded with tender chicken, melty cheese, savory garlic, and wrapped in low-carb tortillas for a quick, satisfying, and keto-friendly meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Handful baby spinach (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds in microwave under a damp paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add spinach if using and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in each center. Roll tightly, tucking sides to secure.
  4. Place wraps seam-side down in skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove, slice diagonally, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
