Description

This One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies is an easy, flavorful family meal featuring caramelized kielbasa, tender roasted vegetables, and a sticky-sweet garlic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow), sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine sliced kielbasa, bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, add honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture in a single layer.
  5. Roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and kielbasa is caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve hot.
