Description
This One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies is an easy, flavorful family meal featuring caramelized kielbasa, tender roasted vegetables, and a sticky-sweet garlic glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow), sliced
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine sliced kielbasa, bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, add honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture in a single layer.
- Roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and kielbasa is caramelized.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve hot.
